Definition of a Qualified Lead A qualified lead is defined as a contact in an influencer or decision-making role at an organization that is in a position to purchase an solution. Definition of a New Contract A new contract is defined as a signed contract for at least 12 months of Timecruiser Computing Corporation's SaaS service by an organization that has not purchased either product or service from Timecruiser. Criteria and Process Requirements Qualified Leads must be for new customers only. Leads must be submitted through the online referral form or via phone through the indicated Referral Hotline to qualify. Leads must close within twelve months from the date submitted to qualify. Leads that are booked after the twelve month period will be considered ineligible for the award. Product Eligibility Refer to the following list of eligible products: CruiserAlert CampusCruiser CourseCruiser CruiserMail Award Criteria If Timecruiser completes the sale, as evidenced by a fully executed customer contract and invoice to the eligible referral, Timecruiser will issue the Referral Award selected by the referring client: Four Free Sessions of Advanced Cruiser Education (ACE) training (a value of $2,000) and a $500 Scholarship to the student of choice; OR Free use of SurveyTool™ for one year (a value of $2,000) and a $500 donation to the charity of their choice Important Notes Timecruiser's Customer Referral Program is effective on July 16, 2007. Timecruiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter, amend, modify, change or discontinue any of the plan's terms described herein without prior notice. Timecruiser retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of the plan including, but not limited to: criteria, eligibility, awards, and whether such awards will be made.
